Zaid Mohammed

Hey, I’m a GTM engineer helping agencies solve lead generation and sales operations problems. Based in Chennai, India.

I work at IndivMedia, connecting the pieces behind building and growing agency offers—from figuring out the problem to getting a solution running.

Outside work, I follow my curiosity into businesses, content experiments, and the occasional game. Open to freelance projects.

GTM & operations at IndivMedia

Helping build and scale agency offers, connecting marketing, lead generation, and sales operations.

  • Work across the whole acquisition journey to identify what’s holding growth back and build a practical way forward.
  • Help turn new offers into working businesses, from the offer itself to marketing and the operations behind it.
  • Bring hands-on execution to lead generation and sales operations, with the wider business context to make the solution work.
More about how I work

I’ve worked across offer development, marketing, onboarding, hiring, reporting, and delivery. That range helps me connect decisions across a business. My freelance focus is solving lead generation and sales operations problems for agencies.

Side quests

A few things I learned by actually doing them.

The 30-day YouTube sprintLearning content creation from zero.

A passion project I ran for fun. In two days, I learned the basics of editing, AI voiceovers, and finding ideas, then put together an end-to-end content workflow.

I published for 30 days and moved on. The point was to learn the whole process by making something real.

Zesh StoreA storefront, sales, and everything behind them.

August 2024 – January 2025

We launched a dropshipping store and made sales. I learned product selection, running ads, handling orders, supplier coordination, and logistics.

It gave me a practical view of how marketing connects to the rest of a business.

A little more about me

I was the kid who wanted to play games all day. That became competitive Fortnite in 2018, then professional Valorant—representing esports teams and competing in 50+ tournaments.

Later came crypto, a scam, and a lot of learning about NFTs, trading, and investing. Then I turned down a Deloitte offer for a role I didn’t really understand, and tried building a business with a friend.

Social Surger, Lead Surger, Zesh Store, a YouTube channel, and now IndivMedia. Different projects, but a familiar pattern: get curious, learn what I need, and give it a real shot.

Still figuring things out.
